FAQ

Is there a cost to request help from the community?

No. Non-profits can submit their information at no charge. Community members will be referred to you and your decision to work with them is up to you.

How many hours per week can I get help?

As many hours as the community can support. Each person will provide as much support as they can however because their time is being donated, the amount of hours may vary.

What's in it for the Admin?

Experience and the opportunity to do something impactful with their talents.

Community members are open to donating their time because they are passionate about HubSpot and helping non-profits.

Who is making money here?

Hopefully as a non-profit you generate more donations/revenue however the Sprocketeer community is not profiting off of this program.

Is there a contract?

This program does not facilitate any contracts. We are simply pairing non-profits with community members who want to help them. A contract may be recommended by either the non-profit or the Admin but this will not be provided through the Sprockeer Pairing Program. The terms of your agreement and working arrangement are up to you.

Is there a minimum commitment?

Nope, an organization can request their needs but Admin are not bound to commit to any agreement. This is a donation of their time and any work provided is accepted as such.

Does this replace the need for an employee?

Not really. This is intended to be short term support to help non-profits. Depending on your needs you may still need a full time employee.

Can Admin pitch themselves?

Because we are just matchmaking Admin and organizations, Admin may recommend their paid services above and beyond the time they are donating. It will be up to the non-profit organization to determine if you would like to utilize a paid service or request support from a new Admin.

What if I don't like my Admin?

Let us know via the form in our "Support" page and we will assist you.
